Sophie is on the cover of "You" magazine, free with TODAY'S 'Mail On Sunday' - so apologies if this news reaches you too late! It is part of the forthcoming promo campaign for Sophie's cookbook - she will be in London on Thursday to appear on "Friday Night With Johnathon Ross", which is broadcast, unsurprisingly, this friday.
